Universal Truth Of Lies

Thoughts are cold like that of an empty universe;
Where dark energy resides, of a nature covert.

From what we know, the knowledge in our mind,
Has become nothing - wherest dark energy resides.

So then shall we resign from the fight,
Of finding all knowledge careless of wrong or right?

Or shall our minds grow in time,
Yearning and learning with all our might?

Despite the truth that we will never know,
Questions remain unanswered; though our minds continue to grow.

Defining the universe to the extent that we can.
Seeking truths claimed as answers - by the mind of man.

We condense matter into planets stars and black holes.
Believing this a truth for the betterment of our souls.

Truth for now is not truth of future,
Truth only evolves truer and truer.

An enlightened truth of now is but a lie of the past,
Representing growth - is the learning of a fact.

Fact for what we know or at least that we can tell,
Facts fade to lies once we've seen our minds have failed.

Fact is based on faith and proof that we have "shown"
But what is proof and why is it - something that we know?

The sky is a mystery resembling the mind of man.
I've no choice but to accept it and learn all I can.

Lies are truths, failure succeeds,
Deciphering it all will be the death of me.

I have never really understood will power. I understand boredom. I think it's a waste of time to think about how boring your imagination is. You're so dull, you can't entertain yourself, but I get it. I've had will power, and I like to think that once you've experienced something, it increases your knowledge of said something. But when I weigh out the benefits of telling yourself what you want, and then sticking to it, it falls short on the scale next to living in the moment. Making crazy, off the wall, out of the blue, stupid decisions is part of being human, it's part of the human experience. I can't understand why people don't want to make bad decisions. It was one of "those days." The kind of emotional girl roller coaster days you'd see in a rom com where the girl is taking turns comforting herself in greasy french fries and Tom Hanks' love stories with whatever her name is with the orgasms, except there were drugs, and it wa...
